Welcome To Your Brain

In this session, Mandy provides a brief introduction to neuroscience as a tool for developing greater self-knowledge and self-awareness. You will be introduced to basics of how the brain works, neuroplasticity (i.e., how the brain changes), and some simple ways to optimize brain function. You can expect to walk away from this session being a bit more clear minded and clear brained about how to use and know your brain better, in life and where ever your brain takes you.
